CSL – Syrup (Corn Steep Liquor) is a by-product of corn processing with a strong, characteristic smell of fermented beer and a sour-bitter taste.
A liquid food form, a nutritious concentrate of soluble corn ingredients, which contains a lot of protein (19%), sugars, vitamins, and minerals.
Characteristic features:
