The biggest advantage of the XTENZ model is the ability to quickly adjust the rod length without re-tying the end tackle or disassembling it. The well-thought-out telescopic system, located above the reel seat, allows you to easily and quickly extend or shorten the rod depending on the conditions at the water. If necessary, simply twist and extend the telescopic section. The mechanism locks securely in both extended and folded positions, effectively preventing unwanted rod movement during casting or fighting a fish. Thanks to this solution, XTENZ easily adapts to changing situations at the water, where the rod length often needs to be modified on the fly.
The blank made of high-quality 24T carbon fiber is characterized by very good sensitivity and low weight. The rod has a parabolic action, which means it bends evenly along its entire length – during a fight, this provides smooth energy transfer and better control over the fish. Thanks to precisely selected parameters and an unusual design, XTENZ will be suitable for both recreational fishing and for anglers competing in tournaments.
To maintain the lowest possible weight, lightweight SeaGuide single-leg guides with SIC rings have been used, which ensure smooth and precise line guidance during both casting and retrieving.
The user experience is also enhanced by the ergonomic reel seat, which not only contributes to the lower weight of the entire rod but also fits well in the hand. Comfort during fishing is provided by the EVA foam handle and the TriFLAT butt end – with three flat edges – which guarantees a secure and stable grip, especially during dynamic fishing.
The set includes three carbon tips marked Light, Medium, and Heavy.
